Session 1 - Personal care requirements - Red tiles
This includes:
- Promote independence, confirm level of support required
- Personal care plan, consider the older persons' preferences
- Risk assessment
- Identify equipment, processes and aids required to promote independence

- Clarify difficulties in providing support
- Duty of care/ confidentiality/dignity
